SMS Messaging Disclosure opting into our services, you (the User) agree to receive recurring automated text messages (e.g., missed call text-backs, appointment reminders) from AITradesAssist at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our phone number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected]

Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on user interaction and missed call volume.

Client Responsibility & Compliance

AITradesAssist provides the platform for communication. The Client (the business using the software) is solely responsible for ensuring they have "prior express written consent" from their customers before initiating any automated text communication. AITradesAssist is not liable for any TCPA violations committed by the Client.

Nature of Service

AITradesAssist provides software automation and AI communication tools. We do not provide HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or any other trade-related labor. Any agreement for trade services is strictly between the Client and their customer.
